DR. JASMINE BRAY-MAK

NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR

As a board-licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Jasmine takes a holistic approach to medicine and provides personalized healthcare that is research-driven and naturally-focused.

Dr.Jasmine first developed a  passion for naturopathic medicine as a young teen. She practiced figure skating competitively, and was always conscious of the impact her diet, environment and mental health had on her physical ability to perform. For years she researched natural approaches that would help her meet her health and athletic goals.  As Dr.Jasmine eventually moved toward a career, it was clear that a path as a naturopathic doctor was her calling.

Along with receiving her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto Ontario, Dr.Jasmine has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Winnipeg. She believes that with education and understanding, we are able to make the best informed choices about our health and that with the right support, our body can innately heal itself.

You can now visit Dr.Jasmine at Safe Harbour Therapy located in River Heights Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her practice centers on spending time with you to properly assess your concerns, learn who you are and where you need support.  Dr. Jasmine believes the most important lesson you can learn from naturopathic medicine is that you are your greatest asset and you are worth investing in.

Health is something we often take for granted and without taking the time to reflect, we may neglect or dismiss our body’s warning signs. It would be my pleasure to share my passion with you and come up with a plan tailored to your needs to set you up for success.
